Tour of Our Beginning
Tours of Our Beginning will be held at least once per month. During October, November and December 2009, tours will be held more frequently. This is an opportunity for families to see what Our Beginning offers and become familiar with layout of the facility.
Family Gathering
At Our Beginning, we believe the family is the incubator and gatekeeper of each child’s beginning, and that parents/guardians are the child’s first teachers. At the Family Gathering, all individuals who have an influence on the child’s life will have an opportunity hear how they can support the child at Our Beginning, and how our staff in turn can receive information that will help us support the children and their dreams. This explains why the Family Gathering is important for all members of the family.
Admission Standards
Our Beginning accepts all children, regardless of race, national origin, their parents’ marital status, religion, sex or physical abilities. Our Beginning supports cultural balance in programming and seeks diversity in children, staff and families. We invite families to join us in celebrating every child’s culture.
